Established more than 6 years ago, Airple is an aircon servicing and maintenance provider with bookings mainly done through a single platform – Carousell. With expansion plans in the pipeline, Airple aims to be the solution to all your aircon needs.
To reinforce the reliability and support that comes with Airple, ABrandADay created a sign-off “Just Chill” while retaining “The Aircon People” as its tagline for brand-building purposes. This aligns with the lifestyle that its target audiences seek – convenience while improving their quality of life.
Steering away from the “problem-solution” approach, ABrandADay gave it a Brand Refresh. Minimalist but with attention to detail, the brand gives off a sense of clarity and comfort through its visuals and voice. In view of its upcoming mobile app launch, a stinger was also created. ABrandADay also developed a set of brand guidelines to standardise Airple’s communications across various platforms as the brand expands.
Stylised with a main visual component, the new brand logo reflects the flow of air with gradient colours and tapered edges.
To create Brand Awareness among the next generation of homeowners, a community that “lives” on Instagram, ABrandADay launched Airple’s Instagram account. Lifestyle and candid visuals are used to appeal to, engage, and drive brand recall among the Millennials.
The agency partnered with various condos and HDBs to organise group buys, an e-commerce model that has regained its popularity with Singaporeans in recent years. The brand’s visibility was further amplified through partnerships with lifestyle concept stores and cashback reward programs such as ShopBack.
